The World Championship in individual competition by PP 2.
Aims and objectives of the tournament.
1.1 The tournament is held to:
• further promotion of the game "Propillki 2 and ice-fishing as a whole;
• expansion of friendly ties between the countries and regions;
• identifying the best players;
• share experiences in improving the playing skills;
• involvement in the game many players;
2. Management of the organization and conduct of the tournament
2.1. General management of the organization and conduct of the tournament is carried out: Organizing Board of the tournament and the panel of judges composed of representatives from the forums Propilkki2, wishing to take part in the tournament.
2.2. For the implementation of the refereeing at the tournament each forum party has the right to select its representative to the jury.
2.3. By voting members of the panel of judges appointed by the Chief Referee.
2.4. Chief Referee is responsible for general current refereeing at the tournament and decide on all disputed issues and violations of regulations.
2.5. The arbitrator will appoint a Chief Deputy and Assistant Chief Arbitrator and distributes responsibilities between them.
2.6. To coordinate actions, organizational issues during the preparation and conduct of the representatives of the tournament forums, participants created the tournament organizing committee.
2.7. By voting members of the organizing committee is appointed Chairman of the Organizing Committee, to guide the work and operational issues for the organization of the tournament.
3. Tournament participants:
3.1 to the participation of a tournament at all stages is open to all interested fans of Propilkki2, registered in one of the forums Propilkki2, applied to participate in the tournament on his forum in a timely manner.
3.2 To coordinate and assist the parties, each interested in joining a forum game Propilkki2 prepares and submits an application for participation from his players.
4. Scheme and the timing of events.
4.1. Competitions are held in 3 stages:
Stage I - Tournament of forum (before the "__" _______20__ )
Stage II - Qualifying tournament (before the "__" _______20__ )
Stage III - Final tournament (before the "__ " ______20__ )
4.2.8. Upon completion of Stage 1 of the plenipotentiary representatives of the participating forums (or responsible for the conduct of the tournament on the forum) to give tournament officials reporting documentation of the competitions and the winners progressing to the next stage of the tournament (archive play-logs of games played and the final stage of the tournament table I)
4.2.6. Quantity of players at stage I in each forum is set independently.
Quantity of participants of the forum in stage II installed Board of Referees, depending on the number of applications given proportion to quantity of applications forum for the tournament of the total bids to the tournament from all the forums.
4.2.7. Quantity of players at stage II - 192 (24 players for 8 hosts).
Distribution of players on the hosts is done by drawing lots. Games are held at one time on the instructions of the Board of Referees.
Three sessions by 30 minutes.
Determination of the winners - by the sum of points for the 3 sessions.
In case of equal points - the sum of employed persons.
Exit into the next stage - first 3 places with each host.
4.2.8. Quantity of players on the stage III - 24 players. Games are held on the instructions of the jury.
Determination of the winners - by the sum of points in 3 sessions.
Host to conduct Phase III provided the Board of Referees.
5. Application forms
5.1. Admission of players for the tournament by Board of Referees, by posting on the forum party list of players based on the application form offline filled according to the sample and handed in by tournament officials in a timely manner.
In case of discrepancies game nick party tournament the application form, its results are canceled and the player will be disqualified.
5.2. For monitoring and objective review of complaints and claims in the tournament, starting with stage II, hosting providers must pass a Board of Referees archive files play-logs and logs of the chat game.
