Hey guys im new here and need help on niemesjarvet. In our tournament matches, I always get left in the dust here! I can hold my own everywhere else but this lake gives me trouble. Can anyone help me with a good spot or a lure? If you dont want to share it hear, you can pm me or email me at [email protected]. Any info is greatly appreciated! :-D :mrgreen:

Try the big black lure in some of this spots,then maybe  :wink:

The black lure is good, but sometimes the trout wants lures with worms.  :-)

How much do you guys jig? Do you hold the rod tip at the botoom of the hole or top? Do you jig fast or slow? Thanks guys.

For me it again depends on both weather and season.  It seems that in autumn the trout is more active- jig faster. In winter I use very long breaks between the movements of the rod- up to 7-8 seconds. Spring is somewhere in-between. Though spring is a long season in PP2, in march the trout is not as actve as in may.

Rod position- this is something I'm experimenting with now, but I have better results if I fish with the rod closer to the hole when it's clear sky or half cloudy and at the top when it is snowing or just cloudy. The starting position always works - better or worse.
