Since the federal investigator does not maintain the paramilitary liable for something, it does not recommend any punishment to anyone. The Sopore bloodbath refers to the alleged killing of a minimal of 43 civilians by the Indian Border Security Force who had been travelling on a bus from Bandipur to Sopore in Kashmir on 6 January 1993.
