Russian forum not functioning

It looks like all-fishing.ru forum is not functional anymore.

If you know, who/where is now in charge or operating some pp2 forum in Russia, please let me know about it.

Moreover, Russian speaking people is needed to guide old players to new sites too, so games will go on also in the future.
