Just curious if you have any fishable ice there yet ?

I visited Kuusamo (northeastern Finland) couple of weeks ago and there was about 10cm of ice there, now probably even more. Currently I'm in Oulu, next to the seashore, and there's no sign of ice. I guess the sea will not freeze until christmas if the weather continues like this...
